This is a stunning solid pine farmhouse extending table professionally painted by Little Acorn Country Interiors in Farrow and Ball “Lime White (No. 1)”

It is a large table, particularly in width, with stunning detailed legs that give the table plenty of charm and character.

We particularly love this table as it is very wide – over 3ft. This is very unusual and is perfect for Christmas dinner and parties as food and decorations can be comfortably placed in the centre of the table with enough room to seat two people either side. Many other extending tables are quite narrow and only 3ft or under and this is not ideal if you wish to place items in between people in the centre of the table, particularly if you are planning a buffet or wish to place plates in the centre of the table.

The extending feature of the table is very useful for parties or the holiday season to seat extra guests when needed. The extending table is very unusual in that it is solid pine (rather than veneer) and in the traditional farmhouse rectangular shape with turned farmhouse legs (rather than oval or round). It really is a beautiful table.

The outer skirt and legs of the table have been professionally painted by Little Acorn Country Interiors in "Lime White (No. 1)" by Farrow and Ball. We believe this is a fresh airy farmhouse colour that would suit many interiors and colour schemes.

The top of the table has been sanded back to reveal the natural pine grain and varnish has then been generously applied to ensure maximum durability.
